Ordered a TV from them on 21st November. a few days the TV started to display faulty lines. I sent images with the TV turned on and off to show that there is no external damages ie cracks or scratches. The worker in the returns emailed back to say that there is proof of damage (even though there are no cracks). They are now ignoring emails and no one picks up the line when you call. Wish i read reviews before I ordered from them as it seems as though they supply faulty goods. This website is a complete scam do not order from them

Well where do I start.... I purchased Asus Rog Strix GTX1650 GPU from Box Ltd on the 18/4/2020. The product became faulty early January of this year ( no signal from both HDMI ports ) Box were advised and emailed RMA labels to return the product on the 14/1/21. On the 26/1/21 I received a email from Box to say they have tested the GPU and found it to be faulty and were returning it to ASUS for repair. On the 27/1/21 I emailed Box for a update as to how long this process could take and was advised 2-4 weeks. On the 16/2/21 I again emailed Box for a update and was informed it could take 2-4 weeks. On the 10/3/21 I chased via email again as heard absolutely nothing and was informed the GPU was with ASUS and they were still waiting for the product to come back to them. On the 12/3/21 I chased via Phone and was told exactly the same thing........ To this date I still have no GPU and a computer gathering dust.....As this is my only computer this has caused me and my son no end of problems, particulary his school work during lockdown. The service I have received from Box has been nothing short of a disgrace. As for ASUS I will never ever purchase another product of theirs again. Anyone thinking of purchasing from this company should think twice as the customer service is the worst I've ever encountered.

Great prices, delivered on time (Saturday delivery) Very well packaged. Will certainly order from Box again.

Ordered just after 4pm on Wednesday. Order delivered around 8.15am the next day. The order was well packed, communications were excellent and the website easy to use. It doesn't get any better.

Awful customer experienceHaving ordered a pair of £75 headphones in December 2020, all was well until the microphone stopped working in February 2021. After a rather painful email discussion about what to do, they finally agreed to take it back to have a look. At this point I entered an extremely frustrating 6 week period, where three times, they came back to me to say the product was not faulty, to which I enquired whether they had checked the microphone rather than just listening. Each time, there was then a 2 week delay with me having to keep chasing for updates. Finally, on the 4th time, they actually agreed there was a fault. However, instead of apologising for the rigmarole, and refunding me (or sending me a replacement) they said this would have to go back to the manufacturer to be repaired. They would not give me any indication of how long this would take, and now I'm stuck with no headphones, and no replacement through no fault of my own. Everybody, do yourself a massive favour and avoid this company - just not worth the hassle.Update - Box refunded me on 21/4/2021. This was after 2 months of wrangling, emails, and false positive tests. Interesting that it was but a few short days after my review above - Coincidence??

The items I bought were not to be found cheaper in any other supplier and the delivery was made the next day. I received prompt notification of despatch and delivery time. The dpd delivery was made at exactly the time that was promised.This is perfect service and I highly recommend the company.

I bought MS Flight simulator 2020 premier deluxe 10 disk version for my birthday. It arrived before my birthday so my wife wrapped it up. When I tried to install it in my PC I had a cyclic redundancy error on disk 3. As this refers to disks and drives I tried installing it another 6 times and they all stopped at the exact same file on disk 3. These attempts were on my C, D, F storage drive and my laptop. All had the necessary requirements to install and run the software.When I spoke to Box UK I was told it was a PC or drive issue and I had left it too late for them to do anything. They also stated that it was not their policy to send a copy of disk 3.I have since, via Ebay where I bought the item, have purchased a legal disk 3 from Germany and have successfully installed MS flight simulator 2020 premier deluxe on my PC. Box UK certainly lack basic computer logic and certainly customer interface. I would never trust this company again.

I have ordered a couple of time from Box and had no problems. Unfortunately I recently ordered a monitor, which looked to be faulty and box advised that I should contact the manufacturer. After getting a replacement, it is clear that the product is actually mis-advertised and doesn't support the features described. I've gone back to Box and they have advised as it's now been swapped by the manufacturer it cannot be replaced or refunded.I've tried calling their aftersales several times to discuss but now it's just going to be easier to sell this item on a marketplace and take a small loss.Weirdly I need to buy a new monitor and would have used Box for this - but as their aftersales is so shocking I'll go elsewhere.

Ordered the PS5 on day 1 pre-order. although stock was short and i only just got one last week Box were very very good at keeping me up to date with the order

I have purchased several times from Box and the experience is always first class!This last purchase was for a Lenovo Thinkbook 15 Gen 2 laptop, the first time I've purchased a Lenovo product.I have to say the laptop exceeded my expectations! The build quality and specs of the laptop for the price was phenomenal. I thoroughly recommend to anyone considering purchasing a laptop - you will not be disappointed.

My order arrived at a decent time and Box.co seemed to have the item that no one else had in stock.Only issue I found with Box.Cois that they seem uncontactable.
